Customize Design Shirt Orders: 10 -14 Business Days.

Urgent Orders: 5 to 7 Business Days. (Addition Courier Charges Apply)

We also accept urgent delivery requests with full advance payments against urgent orders

Note:

  1. All orders will process in production after call confirmation from our sales team.
  2. Once the order has been dispatched from our side via traceable tracking id the courier company is responsible for delivering the parcel to your given destination.
  3. Delays or parcel returns can occur by rescheduling the courier company riders from the customer side.
  4. Return parcels to us for any reason can be resent again if the customer is willing to pay the full amount in advance.
  5. Customers asking for opening the parcel to check the item first before paying are requested to contact us first so we will guide the courier company accordingly.

 

Our Courier Service:

We are in line with Trax Courier for our COD and for Regular deliveries within Pakistan

Some areas within Pakistan are remote or unreachable for our courier service so we didn’t

give COD services to these remote or unreachable areas if the customer wants to order from those remote areas he has to pay the amount in full advance including Courier charges for LCS, TCS or M&P.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS:

  1. All shirts on our website are not ready-to-wear shirts, these shirts make on order when the customer placed the order individually at our website. after customer confirmation, shirts start to be cut according to the given design and measurements. we advise you to please go through the size guide properly so the end product will be perfect.
  2. We accept exchanges or returns on the following basis:
    1. The shirt has a fabric fault.
    2. The shirt design is not as per the design on the website.
    3. Shirt measurements are not according to the given size guide on the website.
    4. Shirt Stitching has a problem.
  3. In order to request an alteration or exchange, you must contact our sales team.
  4. The customer will bear the courier charges of both sides in case required to alter or exchange
  5. Exchanges and remakes are all subject to stock and fabric availability.
  6. Items On Sale are not exchangeable nor refundable
  7. Accessories items like men's Cufflinks, Belts, and Lapel Pins are not exchangeable or refundable.
  8. Customize Shirts in individual measurements are not Refundable or Exchangeable.
  9. Refund or Exchange requests will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned products.
  10. We offer free remakes in case of error from our side only.
